Guy Chaves Moura is CFCO at Teseos Luxembourg SA a subsidiary from Encevo SA. He is an internationally trained manager with academic background in economics, finance, and general management. He is a passionate CFO with more than 25 years of working experience in finance, audit, risk management and M&A in world-class corporations. 

Currently, he is CFCO of a recently created business unit where he significantly contributed to the strong growth primarily due to inorganic growth. Over the past 4 years, the group increased from 2 to 13 companies with a total sales volume of >150m€ and >700 staff. The group plays a major role in the energy transition in Luxembourg. 

Previously, he worked and lived in the USA, France and Germany where he held various finance & audit roles in PWC, ArcelorMittal, SES, Encevo, ista, Minimax Viking. He was Head of Internal Audit in Encevo and ista. He was also CFO in a non-profit organization in the aviation (LAR). He held various Board mandates in international companies with offices in Spain, France, Italy, UK, Germany and Sweden. 

He holds a BA in Economics and Management, a MA in Financial Risk Management (Analysis, Control & Audit) and an MBA from Kellogg Business School and WHU. He is member of the ILA since 2019 and speaks fluently French, German, English, Portuguese, and Luxemburgish. Since 2023, he is also ILA Certified Director.
