    • Biography

    I have been working as a corporate fund officer since 2015. My tasks consist in preparing, attending and minuting Board meetings for investment funds and management companies. I also prepare and attend shareholders’ meetings.

    I am also in charge of the follow-up of the changes in Board composition: co-optations and nominations: (request for the CSSF approval, preparation of the circular resolutions and update of the RCS).
